Field Technician

We have an opening for a Field Technician (Banking Automation) in the city of Três Lagoas - MS, with a major client, an American company specialized in ATM technology and related services, including manufacturing, implementation, and maintenance of ATMs.

Job Description:

• Installation and activation of banking automation equipment, such as ATMs.
• Maintenance of banking and commercial automation equipment.
• Preparation of accurate and immediate technical reports after service calls.
• Execute the Service Level Agreement (SLA) for clients, escalating issues when necessary.
• Maintain organization of the parts kit and ensure immediate return of used parts for repair.
• Perform all administrative functions, keeping systems related to activities updated.
• Represent the company with a high degree of professionalism.

Requirements:

• Active CFT or CRT certification.
• Valid driver's license, category B.
• Willingness to travel outside your region when necessary.

Employment Model: Indefinite-term CLT contract (directly with the client)
