Tech Lead .NET

About the Position

We are seeking a .NET Tech Lead to lead a distributed team in building robust applications and complex SaaS systems focused on global commerce, including logistics, customs, and supply chain management.

The professional will play a strategic role in architectural design, defining coding standards, and ensuring technical best practices across all deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design decisions, platform selection, and coding standards.
• Mentor less experienced developers and conduct code reviews.
• Size and estimate technical efforts, ensuring on-time and high-quality deliveries.
• Work across the entire agile cycle: design, programming, testing, documentation, QA, and implementation.
• Provide technical guidance to management and collaborate on requirements gathering.
• Encourage continuous improvement and explore new technologies in conceptual projects.

Technical Requirements

• Expertise in .NET (C# and VB.NET) and REST APIs.
• Experience with Angular and developing responsive SPAs.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases: MSSQL, PostgreSQL, and DynamoDB.
• Hands-on cloud experience with AWS and/or GCP.
• Knowledge of observability tools such as DataDog and Kibana.
• Mastery of Design Patterns, N-Tier architecture, and web application security.
