We are looking for an Infrastructure Support Analyst for one of our clients, a renowned company in the technology and business sector.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide troubleshooting and maintenance as needed for client systems, printers, and communication links to ensure operational availability.
  • Perform daily system administration (hardware and software).
  • Install client hardware and software according to standardized documentation.
  • Manage the creation and closure of user accounts.
  • Build, configure, and troubleshoot software and hardware improvements, application deployments, and infrastructure updates.
  • Resolve basic network issues.
  • Work with functional leadership to develop the structure of established operational procedures to implement new or updated technologies on the company's operating system platforms, in accordance with legal and internal rules.
  • Responsible for the integrity of system inventory data, when applicable.
  • Responsible for validating all GxP-relevant applications and maintaining their validated state.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related courses.
  • ITIL and Microsoft certifications.
  • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Windows 7 / 10.
  • Deployment, administration, performance optimization, and monitoring of systems.
  • Experience with incident, problem, change, or configuration management.
  • Experience with IT service management (ITSM).
  • Knowledge and experience with Windows Server 2016 / 2019 / 2022, VMware ESXi & vSphere is a plus.
  • Knowledge and experience in process management.
  • Experience in a GxP-controlled environment.
  • Awareness and ability to meet compliance requirements.
  • Advanced English (written and spoken) is essential.
