Field Sales and Service Operator

We have an opportunity to work as a Field Sales and Services Operator for PAP, focused on direct sales and field technical service, in Acreúna - GO, with future relocation to the GO/MT region.

Responsibilities

• Customer prospecting and direct sales (door-to-door) of mobile internet and broadband services;
• Activation, configuration, and field maintenance of Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) equipment and 5G SIM cards;
• After-sales service, invoice negotiation, and signal reactivation;
• Support in promotional activities, flyer distribution, and brand loyalty initiatives;
• Management of customer registration data and care for service equipment and fleet.

Requirements

• Completed high school education;
• Valid Brazilian National Driver's License (CNH) category B, permanent;
• Prior experience in outside sales/door-to-door sales;
• Basic knowledge of networks, maintenance, or telecommunications;
• Availability for travel and daily travel within the region.

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical course in Networks or Computer Science;
• Driver's license category A;
• Knowledge of router and mobile network configuration;
• Proficiency with Google tools (Docs, Sheets) or corporate applications.

Work model and location

100% in-person work, in the field, in Acreúna - GO, and later working in the GO/MT region.

Working hours: Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with a 2-hour lunch break, and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. — 44 hours per week.

Employment type: Permanent (CLT). Compensation to be discussed, with commission.
