The company is in the process of fully separating its technological environment from the previous entity, which involves creating a new Microsoft tenant, replacing IT equipment, building a new data lake, and migrating the SAP ERP to Microsoft Dynamics 365. This is a highly complex and constructive phase, requiring resilience, flexibility, and the ability to handle ambiguity.

● Activity Description:

Manage the separation of the technological environment, including infrastructure, Microsoft tenant, and migration of services (email, SharePoint, OneDrive).

Oversee the ERP implementation (migration from SAP to Microsoft Dynamics 365) and the development of the technology park and Data Lake. After Go-Live, assume management of IT operations, monitoring KPIs and the performance of managed services. Monitor and follow up on deliverables from consultants and third-party vendors. Collaborate with the project team by monitoring critical stages (SIT, UAT, Cutover, Dress Rehearsal), ensuring a generalized technical vision for operational success.
