Project Manager - Cybersecurity

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor projects related to the technical update and restructuring of critical solutions (PIX, SPB).
• Manage cybersecurity initiatives, including vulnerability analysis and implementation of preventive measures.
• Oversee project management for clients using our solutions, ensuring alignment with regulatory and mission-critical requirements.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (internal and external), including suppliers and strategic partners (e.g., RTM).
• Ensure compliance with deadlines, costs, and scope, using appropriate methodologies (waterfall and agile).
• Prepare executive reports and communicate status to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Education:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Project Management, Engineering, Administration, or related fields.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years in managing complex projects in the financial or technology sector.
  • Experience with payment systems (PIX, SPB) and mission-critical solutions.
  • Experience in cybersecurity and infrastructure projects.
• Technical Knowledge:
  • Management methodologies (PMBOK, Scrum, Kanban).
  • Project management tools (MS Project, Jira, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of system architecture and information security.
• Desirable Certifications:PMP, PMI-ACP, ITIL, ISO 27001.
• Skills:Leadership, organization, clear communication, negotiation, and risk management.

Differentials:

• Experience integrating solutions between banks and infrastructure providers.
• Previous experience in environments regulated by BACEN.
