We are hiring a Technology Intern to work cross-functionally within our corporate and operational teams across three main areas: IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Digital (Data and Automation).
If you enjoy hands-on learning, seek long-term growth, and want to experience the daily routine of a major corporate group, this role is for you!
📌 What you will do day-to-day:
- Support routine demands in IT Infrastructure and Cybersecurity.
- Assist the Digital team in developing and maintaining dashboards, automations, and scripts (Power BI, Power Automate, and Python).
- Interact with users and teams from different companies within the group, adapting to various routines and local cultures.
- Actively participate in corporate projects with direct interface with teams across Latin America.
- Provide support to both the corporate team and the local operation in Guarulhos.
🛠️ Tech Stack and Tools:
- What you will use/learn: Microsoft 365 Suite, Cloud Computing (Azure and Cloud concepts), Power BI, Power Automate, and Python (focused on automations and APIs).
- Guaranteed Training: No need to master everything! For Cybersecurity tools (Cisco, Rapid7, Darktrace, SIEM), the company will provide all necessary training.
🎯 What we are looking for in you:
- Education: Must be currently enrolled in a Higher Education program in Technology fields (Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, etc.).
- Experience: No prior experience required! We seek a thirst for learning and proactivity.
- Soft Skills: High adaptability, good communication, and willingness to step out of your comfort zone (including brushing up on "Portuñol" with LATAM teams).
- Differentials: Prior exposure (even initial or academic) to Service Desk, support, infrastructure, or Python development, plus knowledge of Spanish.
💼 Opportunity Conditions:
- Stipend: R$ 1,660.00
- Benefits: Transportation Allowance + On-site Cafeteria (Free breakfast and lunch).
- Hours: 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM (6 hours of internship + 1 flexible hour for lunch).
- Work Model: 100% On-site in Guarulhos/SP
