Senior Network Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Network Engineer with hands-on experience in advanced production support for complex network incidents, problem management, and root cause analysis. The professional will work on designing, implementing, and troubleshooting corporate LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, Wi-Fi, and Data Center networks.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced (L3) production support for complex network incidents, focusing on problem management and root cause analysis.
• Design, implement, and troubleshoot corporate LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, Wi-Fi, and Data Center networks.
• Operate and optimize Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, and F5 technologies.
• Manage routing and switching protocols, including BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS, VLANs, and STP.
• Manage firewalls, VPNs, load balancers, and network security.
• Perform performance tuning and capacity planning.
• Lead network upgrades, migrations, change activities, and disaster recovery (DR).
• Perform detailed RCA and maintain network documentation, SOPs, and architecture diagrams.
• Manage projects related to network infrastructure.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in L3 network support and troubleshooting.
• Strong experience with Cisco and Juniper networks.
• Strong knowledge of routing and switching: BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and MPLS.
• Experience with SD-WAN.
• Experience with Palo Alto firewalls and VPN.
• Experience with F5 load balancers.
• Experience with LAN/WAN and Data Center networks.
• Knowledge of network security.
• Experience in root cause analysis (RCA) and performance tuning.
• Experience in network upgrades, migrations, and disaster recovery (DR).
• Project management experience.
• Advanced/Fluent English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with corporate Wi-Fi networks.
• Knowledge of capacity planning.
• Ability to create SOPs and network architecture diagrams.
