Quality Engineer (Testing)

We have a vacancy for a Quality Engineer at one of our clients.

Activities

• Perform manual testing based on defined requirements, user stories, and expected behavior.
• Develop test cases and comprehensive manual test plans aligned with project requirements and user expectations.
• Identify and document defects.
• Collaborate closely with delivery teams and multidisciplinary teams to ensure reliable releases, improve testing strategies, and enhance overall product quality.
• Act as a subject matter expert, managing and collaborating with the team to ensure effective performance.
• Take responsibility for team decisions, interact with various teams, and contribute to strategic decisions, offering solutions to problems both within the immediate team and in a broader context.
• Analyze test results to identify patterns and areas for improvement in the software delivery process.
• Support team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices in testing and defect management.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, proposing innovative solutions to optimize testing activities and increase efficiency.

Requirements

• Experience and/or knowledge in Order to Cash (OTC) processes.
• Experience in Software Quality Assurance (SQA) testing and customer billing.

Preferred Qualifications

• Intermediate English.
• SAP testing experience.
