Senior Developer

This opportunity is aimed at hiring a professional who will provide direct support to the Operations area, working in partnership with Randstad's internal team. The main objective of the position is to increase the productivity and efficiency of internal processes through the automation of operational and technical routines, with a special focus on client analysis, document validation, and registration review.

The scope of work includes developing automations for data extraction and endpoint consumption, connecting to various global applications. The professional will work closely in collaboration with international teams, maintaining a direct interface with the hubs in the United States and the United Kingdom (US/UK) to standardize and automate operational, compliance, and regulatory fronts. In addition, the scope will include automating metrics dashboards and the continuous implementation of internal flow improvement projects.

From a technical standpoint, the preferred programming language is not a disqualifying factor; the main focus is the candidate's problem-solving ability during the practical stage in CoderPad. However, frequent interaction with applications developed in Java is expected for the execution and maintenance of daily routines. Given the global work context and the dynamics of the area, advanced English proficiency is essential, in addition to familiarity with the everyday use of Artificial Intelligence tools as support for creating and optimizing solutions
