Senior C++ Developer

The position is for acting as a C++ Software Development Specialist, focused on high-complexity projects related to software-defined radio (SDR) and 5G and 6G technologies.

The professional will be responsible for designing, developing, optimizing, and validating digital signal processing (DSP) algorithms in C++, as well as working with modulation, demodulation, error correction, filtering, and channel estimation. It also involves the use of SDR platforms such as GNU Radio, performance optimization in multicore systems, parallelization, SIMD, and development with low-latency requirements.

Main Activities

• Improvement of embedded software development processes.
• Mentoring junior and mid-level developers.
• Defining the backend architecture for embedded devices (C++).
• Enhancing the usability and codebase of onboard computers.
• Failure analysis and field testing.
• Collaboration with R&D, mechanical, and commercial teams.

Requirements

• Complete higher education in Technology areas.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in C++ software development.
• Experience with development in a Linux environment and with the Qt technology for embedded devices.
• Reading technical texts in English (intermediate level).
• Availability for travel.

Differentials

• Knowledge of C++14/C++17 programming best practices.
• Experience with software versioning using GIT.

The hiring is effective CLT and the work is on-site, with activity hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM.
