Senior Node Developer

The Senior Systems Development Analyst position arises from a reassessment of a vacancy initially planned for a DBA, which was redirected towards development, with a focus on acting as a technical reference for the team. There is already a senior analyst with a role more focused on leadership, Scrum, and people coordination, while this position will be fully dedicated to development. The professional will work alongside two mid-level developers and one junior, as well as another senior who will serve as a technical peer, responsible for technical leadership, delivery pipeline, and DevOps practices, contributing to the dissemination of tools, standards, and modern practices that the company wishes to consolidate.

● The current context includes high demand currently met by suppliers, with a clear strategy for insourcing. The company maintains two main systems, one developed in

Node.js and another in C#, with the largest volume of demand concentrated in Node.js. There will also be frontend work, on a smaller scale, with desirable mastery or familiarity with full stacks. There is flexibility for the first month to be in-person, in case of market resistance.

● Among the responsibilities of the role are proposing, implementing, and evolving improvements in applications, databases (such as MongoDB), APIs, integrations, and versioning and code governance processes, always in compliance with IT standards of

● Technically, mastery of architecture patterns, SOLID principles, Clean Code, and Design Patterns applied to APIs and integrations is expected, along with experience in Node.js, C#, .NET, APIs

REST, React, Angular, TypeScript, MongoDB, and SQL, as well as automated testing, CI/CD, versioning, observability, Docker/Kubernetes, Azure DevOps, and cloud (preferably Azure).
