Junior AI and Automation Developer

About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Artificial Intelligence and Automation Developer to join the Artificial Intelligence Core of our Information Technology department.

The professional will have a cross-functional role, supporting AI projects across Commercial, Marketing, Production, Production Planning and Control (PPC), Logistics, Quality, Finance, Tax, Human Resources, Maintenance, Engineering, and Information Technology departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and test new artificial intelligence applications for various company departments;
• Develop automations and routines using AI;
• Support the creation and evolution of artificial intelligence agents;
• Utilize language model APIs;
• Develop solutions using RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) techniques;
• Create mechanisms to query documents, procedures, manuals, and internal databases;
• Perform data processing, classification, extraction, and enrichment;
• Structure responses in JSON for integration with corporate systems;
• Integrate AI routines with databases, APIs, and internal systems;
• Support projects involving the analysis of documents, texts, messages, audio, and business information;
• Create proofs of concept to assess the feasibility of new solutions;
• Document projects, tests, prompts, results, and key learnings;
• Collaborate with internal developers and users from various departments;
• Monitor the quality, performance, and costs of implemented AI solutions.
