🎯 Position Objective

Junior technical profile responsible for the development and evolution of end-to-end digital solutions in Fury, with practical experience in both frontend and backend.

The professional will work on the internal Acces project (developing features such as screens for administrators and supervisors). They will design, develop, and implement scalable digital solutions, integrating user experience, business logic, services, automations, APIs, and data flows, with the ability to execute developments of low to medium complexity under supervision.

🚩 Key Responsibilities

• Frontend Development: Develop and evolve solutions with a focus on frontend, prioritizing usability, user experience (UX/UI), and component reuse within the Fiori environment.
• Backend Development: Build and maintain backend functionalities, including business logic, services, automations, and integrations.
• End-to-End Flows: Design and implement end-to-end flows between frontend, backend, APIs, internal services, and data sources.
• Requirements Analysis: Analyze business needs and transform them into viable, sustainable, and scalable technical solutions.
• Quality and Best Practices: Apply development best practices to ensure quality, security, performance, maintainability, and clean architecture within the Fury ecosystem.
• Testing and Support: Perform testing, troubleshooting, bug fixes, and incident monitoring.
• CI/CD: Participate in continuous integration and delivery processes.
• AI Innovation: Incorporate artificial intelligence features into functionalities, task automation, and data enrichment.
• Collaboration: Work in a team with product, business, UX/UI, and other technical teams.

🛠️ Requirements and Technical Profile

Education

• Currently pursuing or completed Higher Education (preference for Software Engineering or related fields with practical background/experience).

Essential Hard Skills

• Frontend: Mastery of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.js.
• Ecosystem: Experience/development in the SAP Fiori environment.
• Backend: Experience with Node.js, services, business logic, and creation/consumption of REST APIs.
• UX/UI: Knowledge and practice in Interface Design and user experience.
• Software Engineering: Understanding of SOLID principles, modularization, clean architecture, and design patterns.
• Testing and CI/CD: Automated testing, code quality, and familiarity with CI/CD workflows.
• AI Tools: Familiarity with AI assistants for development (Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf, etc.).

Differentials

• Mastery of the Figma tool.
• Spanish is desirable (the primary language for daily operations will be Portuguese).
• Experience with monitoring tools (Datadog, New Relic, or Kibana).
