The position is for a Mid-Level .Net Developer, working with our partner, a global technology company that provides consulting services, digital transformation, IT, and business operations to modernize key industries in the market. The contract is a fixed-term CLT (Brazilian labor contract) for 3 months through Randstad, with potential permanent hiring by the client after this period.
Responsibilities:
- Develop software applications using best practices in a distributed team environment.
- Design and build complex, large-scale SaaS systems.
- Lead architecture and design decisions, including platform selection, coding standards, and technical implementation.
- Work across the entire Agile development lifecycle: design, coding, testing, documentation, QA, and deployment.
- Lead code reviews and provide technical guidance to the team.
- Provide technical guidance to management and help shape the future of new products.
- Work in an iterative design environment, turning customer feedback into real solutions.
- Have dedicated time for innovation to explore personal projects (pet projects) and areas of interest.
Requirements:
- Advanced English.
- Strong expertise in native cloud development (AWS and/or GCP).
- Proficiency in .NET development (C# and VB.NET).
- Proficiency in responsive front-end and SPA development using Angular.
- Experience with REST APIs and tools such as Swagger and Postman.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (MSSQL, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB).
- Knowledge of observability, APM, and RUM tools (DataDog).
- Practical experience with AI Agent-based development tools and processes (Agentic AI-First).
- Solid understanding of application security (web services and web applications).
- Advanced understanding of design patterns and N-Tier architecture.
- Mastery of object-oriented design, algorithms, data structures, and Computer Science fundamentals.
- Focus on code quality, maintainability, and scalability.
