We have an opening for a ServiceNow ITOM Consultant.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with architects, infrastructure teams, development teams, and business stakeholders.
• Translate technical requirements into a clear vision of services, operational impact, and corporate governance.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, CSDM modeling, and CMDB Health.
• Hands-on experience with modern application architecture, including cloud environments, Kubernetes/OpenShift, and microservices.

Hiring Details:

• Work Location / Model: 100% Remote.
• Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• Assignment Duration: Temporary 3-month contract, with potential for permanent hire.
• Employment Type: CLT (permanent employee under Brazilian labor law) or PJ (contractor), to be discussed.
