About the role

This is a great opportunity to work with one of our clients, supporting SAP FI processes and the migration to SAP S/4HANA. The hiring is temporary, conducted by Randstad, in a transformation context, including adjustments to the Brazilian Tax Reform.

Responsibilities

• Support SAP FI processes, ensuring operational continuity and stability;
• Actively participate in the migration to SAP S/4HANA, supporting process adaptation, validations, and implementation of improvements;
• Ensure compliance with tax and fiscal rules, considering the impacts of the Brazilian Tax Reform;
• Perform functional analysis, solution design, and requirements gathering with business areas;
• Handle and resolve incidents and requests, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines;
• Support and execute tests (unit, integration, and UAT), as well as go-live support;
• Interact with business areas and global teams, ensuring alignment and understanding of requirements;
• Ensure the correct application of accounting and tax rules in financial processes;
• Work with other SAP modules (such as CO, SD, and MM), ensuring process integration.

Requirements

• Completed or final-year bachelor's degree in fields such as Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, Accounting, or related areas;
• Strong experience in financial and accounting processes, working in SAP environments, in the FI module;
• Experience with end-to-end processes in general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed assets, including support for accounting closings and financial routines;
• Experience in functional analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design for financial processes, as well as involvement in projects and system support;
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is essential, as is experience in environments integrated with other SAP modules;
• Experience with the Brazilian Tax Reform and its impacts on FI processes is essential;
• Experience working with global teams and participating in testing and go-lives;
• Advanced English.

Work model and location

Hybrid work model, with 4 days on-site and 1 day remote, in Curitiba, PR. Candidates must reside in Curitiba or be available to relocate for a period of 6 months. Working hours: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
