SAP IS-U FICA Functional Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Leading implementation, rollout, and support (AMS) processes with a focus on Utilities.
• Creating consulting documentation (AS-IS / TO-BE) and functional specifications.
• Complete management of contractual accounts, collections, and billing strategies.
• Configuration of payment processes (PIX, automatic debit) and bank reconciliation.
• Technical leadership in unit, integrated, and user acceptance testing (UAT), as well as end-user support.
• Analyzing critical incidents and mentoring team consultants.

What we are looking for:

• Mastery of SAP IS-U, specifically the FICA (Financial) module.
• Knowledge of business processes in the energy sector.
• Experience with delinquency management, installment plans, and charges (interest/fees).
• Senior profile with excellent communication skills for interfacing between IT and Business.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model (remote with occasional travel to Salvador).
