Senior SAP SD Consultant

🚀 About the Challenge

We are looking for a Senior/Expert SAP SD Consultant to serve as our main functional reference for the Sales and Distribution module.

You will play a strategic role in a large-scale national operation with high transaction volume, ensuring the support, evolution, and optimization of the entire Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle supported by SAP ECC. In addition to leading the resolution of complex issues and coordinating AMS partners, you will be a key player in our digital transformation programs and the future migration journey to SAP S/4HANA.

💼 What you will do:

• Support and Governance: Work on resolving complex incidents (N2 and N3), root cause analysis, and functional governance of commercial, logistics, and billing processes.
• O2C Process Management: Configure, parameterize, and evolve Sales Management flows (Customer Master, Pricing, Contracts), Billing (issuance, tax/fiscal determination), and Logistics/Shipping (deliveries, shipments, and transports).
• System Integration: Ensure fluidity and integrity between SAP SD and other modules (FI, CO, MM, PP, PM, WM/EWM), as well as satellite systems, CRM solutions, and Omnichannel.
• Technical Leadership and Projects: Lead requirements gathering (Fit-Gap), prepare functional specifications, support integrated testing, and serve as a reference for key users and IT teams.
• Vendor Management: Coordinate and monitor deliverables from software factories and AMS consulting firms.
• Digital Transformation: Actively support initiatives to automate commercial processes and prepare the architectural groundwork for the SAP ECC → SAP S/4HANA migration.

🎯 Mandatory Requirements:

• Education: Completed bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields.
• Proven Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in the SAP ecosystem, including at least 5 years of direct experience with SAP SD in large enterprises.
• Technical Mastery of the SD Module: In-depth knowledge of Organizational Structure, Sales (Sales Orders), Shipping/Delivery, Billing, Pricing, Credit Management, and Contracts.
• Process Perspective: Strong practical knowledge of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle and its native integrations (SD x MM x FI).
• Complex Environments: Proven experience in multi-company/multi-enterprise operations with high transaction volume.
• Methodology and Support: Practical experience with AMS support, incident/change management (ITIL), and direct support to business areas.

• Migration and Evolution: Previous participation in SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration projects.
• Specific Industries: Experience in Utilities, Energy, Oil & Gas, Mining, or Manufacturing.
• Complex Billing: Experience with regulated billing processes and deep fiscal integration.
• Market Solutions: Experience in integration projects with CRM, omnichannel solutions, and commercial process automation.
• Languages: Advanced English.
• Academic: Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, IT, Project Management, or Logistics.
