Challenges and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Machine Learning models applied to real-world business problems;
- Explore large volumes of data to identify patterns, trends, and market opportunities;
- Conduct advanced statistical analyses to guide leadership's strategic decisions;
- Communicate complex results and insights through clear, educational, and objective data visualizations;
- Work in direct partnership with different business areas, translating pain points and problems into high-impact analytical solutions.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree completed in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields;
- Experience in statistical modeling and Machine Learning techniques;
- Strong proficiency in manipulating large volumes of structured and unstructured data;
- Practical experience with the following languages and tools: Python, SQL, and Spark;
- Experience with the full data lifecycle: from development to model deployment and production monitoring;
- Practical knowledge of classification, regression, and time series models.
