Senior / Mid-Level Data Scientist

Challenges and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Machine Learning models applied to real-world business problems;
• Explore large volumes of data to identify patterns, trends, and market opportunities;
• Conduct advanced statistical analyses to guide leadership's strategic decisions;
• Communicate complex results and insights through clear, educational, and objective data visualizations;
• Work in direct partnership with different business areas, translating pain points and problems into high-impact analytical solutions.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields;
• Experience in statistical modeling and Machine Learning techniques;
• Strong proficiency in manipulating large volumes of structured and unstructured data;
• Practical experience with the following languages and tools: Python, SQL, and Spark;
• Experience with the full data lifecycle: from development to model deployment and production monitoring;
• Practical knowledge of classification, regression, and time series models.
