What you will do:
- Process Design: Support the analysis and design of new functional business processes.
- Bridge Role: Act as the focal point between the business area and technical implementation, defining detailed requirements.
- SME (Subject Matter Expert): Serve as the technical reference for the team, assisting in decision-making and resolving complex problems.
- User Focus: Participate in task and user analyses to ensure the business perspective is maintained.
What we are looking for:
- Advanced knowledge in SAP for Utilities.
- Mastery of the On Site Billing (OSB) module.
- Experience in Business Process Design and Functional Design.
Differentials:
- Experience with User Research.
- Leadership profile and ease in managing team deliverables.
Project Details:
- Model: 100% On-site – São Paulo/SP.
- Period: Immediate start until 12/31/2026 (with high chances of extension until 06/2027).
- Hours: 09:00 to 18:00 (with flexibility for negotiation).
