Process Assistant - Curitiba PR

We have an opportunity to work as a Process Assistant for one of our clients in the Technology sector, located in the Curitiba/PR region, with units spread across the country and counting on the efforts of more than 5,000 employees.

Job Description:

• Work on the equipment repair line, performing operational activities throughout the production flow;
• Perform initial reading and screening of received equipment;
• Execute functional tests following defined technical procedures;
• Conduct technical inspections to identify failures and sanitize devices;
• Support the disassembly and assembly of equipment;
• Carry out the separation of parts and components for maintenance;
• Perform new tests after repair and configure equipment when applicable;
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and final validation;
• Strictly follow operational procedures and established productivity goals.

Requirements:

• High school diploma completed;
• Ability to perform manual activities requiring precision;
• Organization and attention to detail;
• Commitment to meeting goals and deadlines;
• Full availability to work in shifts.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in production lines, logistics, or maintenance processes;
• Basic knowledge of electronics or technology;
• Experience in environments with productivity indicators.

Employment Model: Temporary Randstad assignment allocated at the client's site.

Work Mode: 100% On-site.

Work Location: Curitiba/PR.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, in shifts to be defined (1st Shift: 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM or 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM) and alternating Saturdays (9:00 AM to 5:20 PM). Business Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM with a 1 hour and 12-minute break.
