Key Responsibilities
- Update customer registrations;
- Resolve technical issues;
- Offer services and solutions via telephone support;
- Follow scripts for outbound or inbound calls;
- Perform customer retention or recovery;
- Demonstrate written and oral communication skills.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish;
- Spanish required at an expert/advanced level;
- Availability for a 7:12 shift schedule;
- Reside in Nova Lima / MG or nearby regions for hybrid work.
