Activities:

Support SAP SD processes, ensuring operational continuity and stability;
Actively participate in the migration to SAP S/4HANA, supporting process adaptation, validation, and implementation of improvements;
Ensure compliance with tax and fiscal regulations, considering the impacts of the Brazilian Tax Reform;
Conduct functional analysis, solution design, and requirements gathering with business units;
Address and resolve incidents and requests, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines;
Support and execute testing (unit, integrated, and UAT), as well as provide support during go-lives;
Collaborate with business units and global teams, ensuring alignment and clear understanding of requirements;
Identify continuous improvement opportunities in sales and distribution processes (Order to Cash);
Work collaboratively with other SAP modules (such as FI and MM), ensuring process integration.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree completed in fields such as Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields;
Solid experience as an SAP SD Analyst, with involvement in support and projects, and strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA (implementation or migration).
Mastery of end-to-end Order to Cash (OTC) processes, including pricing, billing, and integration with other modules, along with experience in functional analysis and solution design.
Experience working with global teams and participating in testing and go-lives.
Experience with the Brazilian Tax Reform and its impacts on SD processes is essential.
