Tasks and Responsibilities

- Address and resolve inquiries and incidents related to the various Protheus modules;
- Administer the Protheus environment, including server infrastructure;
- Provide technical leadership for the execution and management of system projects;
- Maintain communication and provide daily reports to the Chinese manager in English;
- Participate in initiatives related to Artificial Intelligence, with a focus on Prompt Engineering and LLMs.
Mandatory Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of TOTVS Protheus in essential backoffice modules: Purchasing, Managerial Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, PCO, TAF, Personnel Management, and Fixed Assets;
- Knowledge of ADVPL, web development, SQL Server, Fluig, Power BI, and GitHub;
- Experience with support, administration, and management of Protheus server infrastructure.
Desired Requirements
- Ability to quickly learn Protheus modules that are not yet fully mastered;
- Previous experience in organized corporate environments or structures.
