IT Security Analyst - Mid/Senior Level

We are looking for an Information Security Analyst with a truly multifunctional profile (Purple Team) to work for a major global partner of Randstad.

If you enjoy moving between defense (Blue Team) and offense (Red Team), have an extremely hands-on profile, and enjoy working in lean structures where your impact is direct, this is the role for you. You will have constant interaction with global teams (which is why fluent English is non-negotiable) and will be responsible for ensuring the security of complex environments, ranging from vulnerability management to incident response and audits.

Here, your hands-on experience in the security trenches is worth far more than a diploma on the wall (a bachelor's degree is merely desirable).

💻 What you need to have (Mandatory Requirements)

• Fluent English: Communication with global teams is part of your daily routine.
• Networking expertise: Solid knowledge of networks (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, trunk/access ports).
• Security Stack: Extensive hands-on experience with Firewall, SIEM, IDS/IPS, EDR, and monitoring tools.
• Operations: Real-world experience in prevention, detection, and incident response.
• Management & Compliance: Vulnerability management, risk analysis, experience with security audits, and familiarity with standards/frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, and LGPD).

🌟 Differentiators (Nice to have)

If you have any of these items, you'll get a head start:

• Experience with Splunk and Rapid7.
• Knowledge of Cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Automation of security tasks using PowerShell.
• Industry certifications (CompTIA, ISO, CEH, Cisco, Microsoft, AWS, etc.).
• Background in governance (COBIT and ITIL).
