About the role
We are looking for a Quality Analyst to ensure the integrity of our databases and the continuous improvement of operational processes. The role combines technical auditing, root cause analysis, team training, and communication of results to internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Technical Auditing: perform sampling and blind reviews of data classifications to ensure database integrity and alignment with quality standards.
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA): investigate process failures or quality deviations, identify trends, and propose practical solutions to prevent recurrence.
- Training and Standardization: develop correction methodologies, such as training sessions, quizzes, and technical guides, to increase the overall accuracy of the operational team.
- Reporting: translate complex quality metrics into clear executive reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
- Closed-Loop Feedback: work in partnership with the operational team to ensure that RCA findings are converted into practical learning and continuous improvement interventions.
- Ad-hoc tasks: policy location, training support, data inspection, progress reports, and other activities.
Requirements
- Technical Proficiency: intermediate to advanced knowledge of spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel) and documentation tools.
- Professional Experience: previous experience as a QA (Quality Assurance) Analyst or in a similar quality-focused role is highly desirable.
- Analytical Skills: high analytical agility and proactivity to anticipate failures; familiarity with problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 5 Whys, among others).
- Communication and Support: strong interpersonal and communication skills to provide technical feedback and support the team constructively.
- Adaptability: quick learning and high ability to adapt to new software, internal platforms, and changes in process logic.
- Languages: intermediate English for reading technical documentation and preparing reports based on predefined templates.
- Education: higher education degree in progress or completed, in any field.
