Senior Infrastructure Analyst

Randstad is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Analyst to join the team of a partner company, one of the world's largest providers of information and communication technology (ICT).

We are looking for a highly analytical, hands-on professional with significant technical autonomy to join a lean team in Brazil. You will play a key role in managing the company's physical and logical infrastructure, making independent decisions and collaborating directly with global teams (USA, Japan, India) and strategic vendors.

💻 What you will do day-to-day:

• Ensure the availability, integrity, and security of the organization's physical and logical infrastructure;
• Manage and evolve network, connectivity, and corporate infrastructure environments;
• Autonomously lead vulnerability management, risk analysis, and security improvements;
• Perform advanced troubleshooting, investigating and resolving the root cause of incidents;
• Support internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to global IT policies;
• Participate daily in meetings and technical alignments with international teams.

🎯 Mandatory Requirements (Must-Have)

• Language: Fluent English (Reading, writing, and conversation are essential for defending positions and daily meetings with global teams).
• Education: Completed higher education (in any field).
• Networking & Cisco: Solid knowledge of corporate networks, with practical and conceptual mastery of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, and configuration of trunk and access ports in a Cisco environment.
• Infrastructure Security: Proven experience in vulnerability management, risk analysis, and implementation of security best practices in infrastructure.

⭐ Differentiators (Nice-to-Have)

• Experience with monitoring, log analysis, and security tools (Splunk, Rapid7, QRadar, AlienVault, Tenable/Nessus, Qualys);
• Practical knowledge of information security frameworks and IT governance;
• Prior experience in multinational environments dealing with global structures;
• Certifications: Cisco (CCNA/CCNP) or certifications related to information security and infrastructure.
