The professional works on the day-to-day operations of the IT infrastructure, ensuring availability, stability, and alignment with the company's global guidelines. Their routine focuses on Incident, Change, and Service Request Management processes, acting on the administration of the installed environment and supporting physical/logical implementation projects of new equipment according to pre-defined architecture. The professional will have high operational autonomy, working on-site in São Paulo (Jaguaré) without direct on-site management, being responsible for keeping technical documentation updated, administering the local data center (Dell hardware and Cisco network), monitoring the infrastructure, and providing sporadic support to the Embu das Artes site in cases of critical incidents. The profile requires a completed degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Networks, or related IT areas, accompanied by practical experience in corporate network and server infrastructure administration (mid-level to specialist profile). It is essential to have technical mastery in virtualization with VMware on Dell hardware, 100% Cisco network infrastructure (Switches, Wi-Fi, LAN/WLAN), Windows Server servers (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP), and backup routines with Veeam. Knowledge of Linux systems is considered a plus. The professional must be familiar with corporate data center physical infrastructure (Dell and Cisco equipment). Technical certifications (Cisco, VMware, Microsoft) represent a positive plus, but are not mandatory. Intermediate English is necessary for effective communication (oral and written) with the regional team in the US and with global teams. The job requires a self-sufficient, proactive profile with the responsibility to manage local demands without the need for micromanagement.
