Billing Analyst

We are looking for a Billing Analyst with a highly analytical and problem-solving mindset to join our team! What you will do day-to-day (Responsibilities):

• Process Management: Autonomously lead the entire billing workflow and processes.
• Data Analysis: Develop complex analytical reports and create Excel templates for manipulating large datasets.
• Strategic Interface: Communicate directly and continuously with management, directorates, and the Commercial team.
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in meetings with the global team to identify and implement improvements in current processes.
• Customer Support: Perform adjustments, corrections, and address complex client requests with agility.

What we are looking for in you (Mandatory Requirements):

• Bachelor's degree completed in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.
• Solid prior experience in billing, collections, or Accounts Receivable.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (with a real focus on reporting and large datasets).
• Practical experience with ERP systems.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and text interpretation.
• Technological adaptability and ease in learning new tools.
