Collaborate with compliance teams to translate regulatory requirements into technical specifications, ensuring that data solutions meet AML reporting standards and internal policies
Maintain and enhance existing data pipelines for regulatory reporting, including code updates, documentation, and version control, ensuring accurate and timely deliveries
Monitor daily operations of AML reporting pipelines, proactively identifying anomalies, delays, or failures, and implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime
Oversee data integration processes for the eGuardian system, including monitoring SQL Server databases, data validation, and troubleshooting ETL tasks
Diagnose pipeline issues (data inconsistencies, performance bottlenecks, integration failures) and develop practical solutions, escalating more complex issues to senior engineers when necessary
Contribute to pipeline optimization initiatives, suggesting improvements in efficiency, reliability, and scalability of the data flow based on operational insights
Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields (or equivalent experience). Strong knowledge of SQL for extraction, validation, and troubleshooting in SQL Server environments
Intermediate knowledge of Python, with practical experience using Pandas for data manipulation and transformation
Familiarity with Windows Server administration, including task scheduling, log monitoring, and basic system maintenance
Excellent problem-solving skills, with a structured approach to diagnosing technical issues
Strong communication skills to collaborate with non-technical compliance teams and explain technical concepts clearly
Basic knowledge of ETL processes and data pipeline concepts
Advanced English is mandatory.
