We have an opening for a Data Analyst at one of our clients.

Activities:

  • Interact with business areas to identify objectives, document technical requirements, and translate business needs into data specifications.
  • Query large volumes of data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that impact business performance.
  • Evaluate existing business processes and recommend data-based improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with the Data Engineering team to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and standardization across all reporting platforms.
  • Maintenance and updating of data dictionaries, metric catalogs, business rules, and data transformations.
  • Communicate complex analytical findings through clear visualizations and executive summaries.
  • Support coordination with technical teams to clarify data-related issues.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in SQL (table joins, subqueries, and data cleaning).
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
  • Familiarity with cloud data warehouses, such as BigQuery.
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing efficient data models (e.g., Star Schema and Snowflake) within the Data Warehouse (BigQuery), aiming to optimize query performance and usability of BI solutions.
  • Experience in building and maintaining automated Data Quality (DQ) checks to monitor pipeline health, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of marketing datasets through proactive alerts and incident management.
  • Between 2 and 4 years of experience in business analysis roles or data-oriented areas.
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to explain the story behind the numbers.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Advanced English level mandatory for interaction with business and technology teams outside Brazil.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Python or R for statistical modeling and data manipulation.
  • Previous experience working with Supply Chain data.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and using tools like Jira and Confluence.
