Financial Analyst - Automation & Digital Transformation

In this position, you will be the strategic "technological arm" within our Finance area, working on automating manual processes, integrating systems, and optimizing operational routines. You will have the support of our IT team for governance and security, but total freedom and autonomy to propose and code the best solutions.

Main Responsibilities and Challenges:

• Automate complex manual routines from scratch (e.g., capture bank statements via API/Web Scraping and perform automated input into internal systems).
• Develop robots (RPA) to optimize credit analysis processes, collecting data from external websites and generating consolidated reports autonomously.
• Create and improve scripts for data extraction, data cleaning, and modeling management support reports/dashboards.
• Map opportunities for continuous improvement with the business team, applying data and AI tools when applicable.

Requirements and Qualifications (Hard Skills):

• Complete or in-progress Higher Education (IT, Engineering, Administration, or related areas with a strong analytical bias).
• Practical proficiency in Python (desirable knowledge in automation/scraping libraries such as Pandas, Selenium, PyAutoGUI, BeautifulSoup, etc.).
• Mastery of SQL for data manipulation and querying.
• Practical experience or practical projects with RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere), Power Automate, APIs, or VBA.
• Advanced Excel.

Differentials:

• Knowledge in building dashboards in Power BI.
• Previous experience in automation projects aimed at corporate areas (Finance, Controller, Operations, or Supply Chain).
