Senior Personnel Administration Analyst (People Analytics)

Responsibilities:

• Build tools and dashboards for consolidating, monitoring, and improving Admin & Payroll Brazil metrics, working on projects with an integrated business perspective;
• Develop predictive analytics for metrics using Artificial Intelligence (AI) resources, such as Claude, to enhance projection accuracy.
• Explore insights derived from Big Data manipulation, adopting a critical and investigative approach to select advanced technologies and tools that enable effective analysis.
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in large volumes of data.
• Interpret data, analyze results, and prepare reports using statistical techniques.
• Investigate technology tools, recommending and implementing automations to ensure excellence and security in process execution (preparing technical documentation when necessary).
• Create and review reports and presentations in an analytical, collaborative, and fully data-driven manner.

Requirements:

• Practical experience in time and attendance control.
• Completed bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields;
• Advanced knowledge in using data visualization tools (such as Tableau and Looker) for dashboard development.
• Proficiency in SQL focused on BigQuery.
• Interpersonal skills: Clear communication of conclusions and proposals, critical thinking, complex problem-solving, team collaboration, curiosity, and a continuous learning mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in process improvement and automation projects.
• Knowledge and practical experience using AI tools (including Claude) for data analysis and process automation.
• Proficiency in SAP, SuccessFactors (SSFF), and Ahgora systems.

Employment Type: Fixed-term contract of 12 months (via Randstad)

Location: Osasco/SP - Hybrid (2 days onsite per week, with possibility of working at other locations such as Extrema and Araçariguama)

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:48 PM (with a 1-hour break)
