Senior .NET Developer

About the Position

The professional will act as a Tech Lead, responsible for guiding a distributed team in the development of robust applications. They will play a strategic role in the design and construction of complex SaaS systems focused on the global commerce industry (logistics, customs, or supply chain management), ensuring best practices in architecture and coding.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Leadership and Decision Making: Drive architectural design decisions, platform selection, definition of coding standards, and technical implementation.
• Mentorship and Culture: Guide the technical development of junior team members and lead code reviews to ensure quality and disseminate best practices.
• Technical Management and Deliveries: Ensure correct sizing/estimation of development efforts, guaranteeing on-time deliveries within quality standards.
• Agile Methodology: Actively participate in all aspects of the Agile cycle (design, programming, testing, documentation, QA, and implementation).
• Strategic Partnership: Provide technical guidance to management, helping shape the direction of new products, in addition to collaborating with internal and external users on requirements gathering.
• Innovation: Encourage continuous improvement and utilize innovation time to explore conceptual projects and new technologies.

Requirements

• General experience in software development (multiple languages).
• Practical experience with tools and development processes based on AI-First (AI Agents).
• Solid experience in developing corporate/large-scale SaaS solutions.

• Architecture and Security: Lead-level mastery of design patterns, N-Tier architecture, and application security (web services/web apps).
• Back-end: Proficiency in .NET (C# and VB.NET) and the REST APIs ecosystem (Swagger, Postman).
• Front-end: Proficiency in developing responsive SPAs using Angular (and JavaScript).
• Database: Solid experience with SQL and NoSQL systems (MSSQL, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB).
• Cloud: Practical experience in cloud-native development (AWS and/or GCP).
• Observability: Practical knowledge of DataDog (APM, RUM) and Kibana.

• Proven ability in decision making, conflict resolution, and follow-through.
• Comfort with iterative design and flexible specifications (spec-light), demonstrating analytical capacity to fill gaps in requirements throughout sprints.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, proactivity, and a "Customer First" mindset (focus on results).

• Ability to translate complex business requirements into analytical solutions and data visualizations (PowerBI).
• Strong foundation in Computer Science (algorithms, data structures, and object-oriented programming).
