Data Analyst (PowerBI)

We are looking for a Data Analyst (Power BI) to lead improvement initiatives, focusing on data analysis and process optimization.

What will you do?

Lead projects for productivity improvement autonomously, from start to finish.

Act as a data analysis expert, developing and enhancing Power BI dashboards to provide visibility into results.

Collect and understand business requirements, translating them into practical data solutions.

Participate in meetings with international teams, using your fluent English.

Automate manual processes, making work more efficient.

(Optional) Develop and maintain workflows in internal systems and, if necessary, conduct training for colleagues.

What are we looking for?

Proven experience with Power BI to create impactful data visualizations.

Advanced English for verbal communication.

Previous experience with requirements gathering for projects.

Autonomy and proactivity to take on challenges.

Solid knowledge in Excel.

It is a plus if you have:

Knowledge in JavaScript or Python.

Understanding of programming logic and workflow design.
