About the Role
We are looking for an Inside Sales Farmer to drive the expansion and profitability of Zletric's B2B customer base. Zletric is a CPO (Charging Point Operator for Electric Vehicles).
This role is 100% remote (via phone and digital channels). The main objective is to monitor engagement and usage of the current infrastructure and, in a consultative manner, identify the right moment to sell more chargers, upgrade technologies, or expand infrastructure to other branches of the same client.
Responsibilities
- Analyze charging point usage reports to identify clients reaching maximum capacity who need expansion
- Contact the active base to offer new products, charger upgrades, and more robust leasing contracts (Upsell/Cross-sell)
- Identify whether current clients have new projects or expansions where Zletric can deploy charging infrastructure
- Maintain a frequent contact schedule via phone and WhatsApp, ensuring the client sees Zletric as a strategic partner in electric mobility
- Identify accounts with low usage or technical dissatisfaction and work with the support team to recover the account and renegotiate contract terms

- Business Acumen: Ability to understand the client's business model to propose charging solutions that generate real value
- Emotional Intelligence and Diplomacy: Skill in handling clients who already know the company, turning problems into opportunities
- Data-Driven Orientation: Comfort analyzing energy usage metrics, vehicle traffic, and property attractiveness
- Consultative Persuasion: Ability to guide the client toward investing in new chargers
Hard Skills:
- Practical mastery of Account Planning, Upselling, and Cross-selling
- Experience managing B2B customer portfolios
- Proficiency with CRM tools and data analysis
