REQUIRED
Completed undergraduate degree in IT or a related field.
PREFERRED
Postgraduate degree or MBA in Project Management or a related field, with a minimum workload of 360 hours, recognized by MEC.
Experience:
REQUIRED
- Minimum of 3 (three) years of professional experience in activities related to the management or support of ICT projects, with participation in medium to large-scale projects.
- Experience supporting multidisciplinary teams, contributing to the management of project schedules, resources, risks, and budgets.
- Participation in digital transformation projects, implementation of information systems, ICT infrastructure, or migration to cloud environments.
- Familiarity with the use of agile (Scrum, Kanban) and/or traditional (PMI, PRINCE2) methodologies in project planning, execution, and monitoring.
Technical Qualification:
REQUIRED
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
PREFERRED
- CBPP (Certified Business Process Professional) certification
- CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) certification or equivalent
- Certification in agile methodologies, such as Scrum Master or Agile Foundation
- ISO 21500 certification (Guidelines for Project Management) or another certification related to project management practices.
- Knowledge of project management tools, such as MS Project, Jira, Trello, or similar.
- Experience in supporting stakeholder management and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
