Pós graduação ou MBA em Gestão de TIC ou área correlata com carga horária mínima de 360 horas, reconhecida pelo MEC
Certificação em gestão estratégica de TIC, análise e gestão de conformidade, ou áreas correlatas
Tasks and Responsibilities

Required qualifications:
- Full undergraduate degree in Information Technology (IT) or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in ICT Governance and Management activities
- Experience supporting the development of action plans and strategies for ICT governance, with participation in committees or working groups
- Experience supporting the implementation of governance frameworks such as COBIT, ITIL, or ISO 38500, and applying IT management best practices
- Participation in IT process improvement projects, including performance indicator analysis and optimization suggestions
- Experience in agile project environments, contributing to the organization and control of team activities, such as the use of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
Minimum of 1 of the following certifications:
- PMP (Project Management Professional)
- CBPP (Certified Business Process Professional)
- COBIT 5 or higher certification
- ITIL v4 or higher certification
- ISO 38500 or higher certification
- ISO 31000:2018 or higher certification
