RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

This role is for someone who wants to actively engage in business development, working collaboratively with other developers and with the design, product, and operations teams to create an impeccable experience for users. You will actively participate in the entire process: from ideation to the delivery of new features.

We are looking for people capable of making technical decisions on their own, identifying problems and proposing solutions without needing constant supervision, and with a strong ability to solve complex problems.

We also value professionals transitioning to the senior level, with around 5+ years of experience, who already demonstrate technical maturity and are ready to take on greater responsibilities.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience as a Node.js / TypeScript / C# developer
• Advanced knowledge in Node.js and Javascript
• Advanced knowledge in API design
• Intermediate knowledge in relational and non-relational databases
• Familiarity or experience with tools and frameworks from the Typescript and Node.js ecosystem (Nest.js is desirable)
• Familiarity or experience with testing and performance frameworks
• Intermediate knowledge in Linux, NPM, and Git
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Strong project management skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Experience with REST and Array Methods is essential for the role
• Experience with system architecture, PostgreSQL, Jest, and/or GraphQL are differentiators
• Experience with payment systems will be considered a plus
• Desirable experience in fintechs, startups, or dynamic, fast-growing, and highly autonomous environments
• Intermediate English
