About the role

We are looking for a Ml. QA Analyst to join the Quality team and work across the entire software development lifecycle, from planning to production deployment. This is an on-site position in Porto Alegre, with a CLT employment contract.

Responsibilities

• Work across the entire software development lifecycle, from planning to production deployment.
• Create test strategies at multiple levels (unit, integration, system, and acceptance), using both manual and automated testing.
• Create and execute automated tests for services/APIs, web interfaces, and mobile applications, with execution in CI/CD pipelines (GitLab).
• Implement process, tool, and technique improvements to enhance software quality and operational efficiency.
• Validate non-functional requirements (performance, security, usability, reliability).
• Validate deployments in production environments.
• Develop test cases, test plans, and defect reports using Jira.
• Manage tests with Zephyr and analyze data using MySQL databases.
• Apply software development practices and standards focused on quality, maintenance, and test automation.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or completed bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis, or related fields.
• Experience with test analysis and creating test cases using BDD/Cucumber.
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and practical experience in Agile Testing.
• Experience using API Client tools (Postman, Insomnia, SoapUI, or similar).
• Experience with test automation tools such as Cypress, Playwright, or similar.
• Experience with version control using Git.
• Experience with the PHP + Vue programming languages.

Differentials

• Experience in the fintech segment or payments industry.
• Knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, NodeJS/NPM, PHP, MySQL, and/or other related technologies.
• Experience with Docker.
• Technical English proficiency.
