About the role

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer, with a focus on CRM, to join the team and work directly in the Development area. At PagBrasil, you will find a space for continuous learning, professional development, and the opportunity to make a real impact on the business.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal customers to design scalable solutions aligned with their needs;
• Drive process optimizations at PagBrasil by identifying problems and opportunities with Salesforce CRM;
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions;
• Map needs, manage open items, and track projects to ensure deliveries meet requirements and optimize internal processes;
• Integrate Salesforce with other internal and external systems using APIs and other integration technologies;
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and updates on the Salesforce platform;
• Document all system configurations and changes clearly and concisely.

Requirements

• Experience developing on the Salesforce platform;
• Experience with LWC/Apex;
• Experience with Flow Builder;
• Experience with Sales Cloud;
• Experience with Salesforce Core;
• Intermediate English (reading manuals).

Preferred qualifications

The following differentiators are not disqualifying:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis, Computer Engineering, or related fields;
• Experience in the fintech segment or payments market;
• Salesforce certifications.
