About the role

We are looking for a Ml. Full Stack Developer to join our team and work directly within the Development area. Responsibilities

  • Work on the development of all PagBrasil systems, communicate with APIs, and handle integrations with third-party plugins and platforms;
  • Take on a technical and architectural reference role, ensuring solutions follow the best engineering standards;
  • Design, develop, and optimize scalable, high-performance architectures, anticipating technical challenges and proposing continuous improvements;
  • Lead strategic initiatives that impact engineering, reducing technical debt and increasing team efficiency;
  • Assist the team with complex issues related to versioning and integration;
  • Develop and validate internal standards, frameworks, and libraries, ensuring reusability and scalability;
  • Diagnose and resolve critical, high-impact problems, working to prevent systemic failures;
  • Influence the adoption of new technologies and methodologies, ensuring the company stays up to date with market best practices;
  • Be highly proactive in seeking innovative solutions, leading the exploration of alternatives and in-depth study of documentation;
  • Identify and implement significant improvements before involving others, with the ability to anticipate problems and implement cutting-edge technical solutions.

Requirements

  • Experience in PHP development;
  • Experience in JavaScript development (ECMA Script 5/6);
  • Experience with MySQL 8;
  • Version control using Git;
  • Intermediate English level (ability to read manuals).

Differentials

Non-eliminating differentials:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis, Computer Engineering, or related fields;
  • Experience in the fintech segment or payments industry;
  • Experience with AngularJS 1.x and/or VueJS;
  • Experience with NodeJS;
  • Familiarity with the CodeIgniter framework.
