About the Role

We are looking for a Sr. Risk & Compliance Analyst to join the team and work directly in the Legal and Compliance area. This is an opportunity for continuous learning, professional development, and creating real business impact in a welcoming, dynamic, and flexible environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the structuring of Compliance and Risk processes, policies, and controls.
• Lead the AML/CFT, Sanctions, and Fraud pipeline (KYC, KYT, KYS, KYE).
• Manage regulatory relationships with the Central Bank, card brands, acquirers, and banks (CADOCs, RDR, licenses, due diligence).
• Consolidate Compliance metrics and reports for senior management.
• Oversee customer, product, operational, and liquidity risks, including merchant approval.
• Develop and maintain internal policies and conduct compliance training.

Requirements

• Degree in Law, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Compliance/Risk, ideally at a Central Bank-authorized institution.
• Experience with foreign exchange and/or eFX.
• Knowledge of the Central Bank's regulatory framework.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced English.
• Advanced Spanish.
