About the role

We are looking for a Junior Risk and Compliance Analyst to join the team and work directly in the Legal and Compliance area. Responsibilities

• Review KYC/KYB during onboarding and periodic reviews;
• Perform screening of merchants, partners, and beneficiaries;
• Monitor transactions and handle alerts (BAU, RoamingPay, International Pix);
• Support the management of AML, fraud, and sanctions incidents;
• Support relationships with card brands, acquirers, and banks (questionnaires and due diligences);
• Monitor regulations and support regulatory impact analyses;
• Support reporting to the Central Bank (CADOCs) and merchant risk classification;
• Support the development and review of internal policies, procedures, and training;
• Perform low-complexity activities in Compliance and Risk.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Law, Economics, or Business Administration (in progress or completed);
• Intermediate knowledge of regulations and Compliance;
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel);
• Advanced writing and text interpretation skills.

The role is onsite, based in Porto Alegre, and the employment model is CLT.
