About the Role

We are looking for a People Operations Analyst - Mid-Level to join PagBrasil's People and Development team in a welcoming, dynamic, and flexible environment.

This person will be responsible for structuring, executing, and improving shared People and Development operations, working on internal communications, corporate education, certification, onboarding, HR data, tools, and process improvement. They will also support the organization and operational execution of projects led by Business Partners and the People and Development leadership, contributing with data, schedules, materials, communications, tools, and delivery tracking.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and monitor the People Operations portfolio, organizing schedules, owners, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and metrics.
  • Lead, with autonomy within their scope, projects related to People Operations pillars and take on specific deliverables in initiatives led by Business Partners and the People and Development leadership.
  • Manage the area's internal service channel, resolve standardized requests, route specific cases, and identify opportunities to improve services provided.
  • Plan and execute corporate internal communications operations, managing editorial calendar, channels, campaigns, and content production and publication for different audiences.
  • Co-create communications with Business Partners and leaders, transforming complex topics into clear, consistent, and audience-appropriate messages.
  • Structure and execute the corporate training and development portfolio, managing content, learning paths, platforms, vendors, communications, and metrics.
  • Develop learning materials and models and support facilitators and experts in transforming knowledge into structured and reusable content.
  • Manage the internal certification program, including calendar, question bank, validation with experts, application, results analysis, and reinforcement actions.
  • Execute and improve corporate onboarding and post-onboarding journeys, including role- and area-specific paths, materials, schedules, facilitators, welcome, and experience metrics.
  • Centralize, qualify, and analyze people data, building metrics, reports, and dashboards in Excel, Power BI, and other approved tools.
  • Support Business Partners and leaders with reliable databases, analyses, and information to track people programs and projects.
  • Operationalize employee climate, pulse, experience, and Great Place to Work (GPTW) surveys, managing audiences, communications, application, data consolidation, and dashboards.
  • Operationally support performance management, calibration, risk mapping, and succession cycles, preparing schedules, systems, databases, materials, and controls.
  • Contribute to culture, engagement, integration, and leadership development projects, as well as team integration activities, ensuring structure, materials, and organization.
  • Map and document People and Development processes, proposing and implementing standardizations, improvements, automations, and responsible AI applications.
  • Evaluate tools and vendors, gather requirements, conduct tests, and prepare comparative analyses to support adoption or replacement decisions.
  • Keep policies, operational procedures, templates, and materials up to date, supporting communication and adoption of changes.
  • Operationally support job, compensation, and career projects, maintaining data, job descriptions, surveys, and controls according to owners' definitions.

Requirements

  • Experience executing and monitoring HR projects and processes.
  • Experience in some of the following areas: T&D, employee climate, internal communications, culture, onboarding, or People Analytics.
  • Organizational skills, schedule management, and ability to coordinate with different areas.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and turn it into conclusions and recommendations.
  • Knowledge of data analysis and people metrics.
  • Advanced Excel.
  • Advanced English.
  • Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Power BI and dashboard building.
  • Experience with the Qulture Rocks tool.
  • Experience with employee climate or pulse surveys and action plan follow-up.
  • Experience with project management, process mapping, or continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of automation and AI tools applied to HR processes.
