Junior Data Migration Analyst

Onepet is looking for a professional to handle the migration, processing, and organization of customer data coming from other systems into our ERP.

This person will be responsible for receiving databases, spreadsheets, CSV files, backups, and exports from third-party systems, processing this information so that it can be correctly imported according to Onepet's standards.

Main Responsibilities

• Receive and analyze migration files sent by clients;
• Process data in spreadsheets, CSVs, and databases;
• Standardize information to fit the Onepet system layout;
• Correct inconsistencies in client, product, animal, supplier, inventory, and history data;
• Validate CPF, CNPJ, phone numbers, dates, codes, and required fields;
• Identify duplicate, incomplete, or inconsistent records;
• Generate spreadsheets or scripts for import;
• Verify that imported data is correct in the system;
• Document rules applied in each migration;
• Support implementation, support, and development teams with data-related requests.

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Knowledge of SQL, especially queries, filters, joins, inserts, and updates;
• Strong proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets;
• Experience with CSV file processing;
• Understanding of relational databases;
• Ability to interpret tables, fields, and relationships;
• Attention to detail and care with sensitive data;
• Organization to document processes and applied rules;
• Logical reasoning to investigate inconsistencies;
• Good communication with internal teams.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Python/Pandas;
• Experience with MySQL;
• Experience with Firebird/FDB;
• Knowledge of data migration processes;
• Basic understanding of product fiscal data, such as NCM, CFOP, CST/CSOSN;
• Previous experience with ERP or management systems.
