💼 What your day-to-day will look like

• Manage relationships with partner hosts: during the application of new partners, their entry into the platform (onboarding), and monitoring their journey on the platform.
• Stimulate community engagement: actively monitor and encourage growing participation of partners on the platform, as well as collaboration among them for exchanging experiences and best practices.
• Maintain contact with partners via WhatsApp (company), email, and video conferences.
• Monitor doubts, needs, and opportunities for improvement in the partner experience.
• Participate in periodic meetings with the team for alignment and service evolution.
• Build trust and partnership relationships, based on proximity, listening, and horizontality.

🎓 Education

We seek professionals with completed or ongoing higher education, especially in areas related to communication, relationships, business, and people development, such as:

Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, Public Relations, Social Communication, Journalism, Advertising, Psychology, Events, Tourism, Hospitality, and related areas.

We also consider professionals from other backgrounds — or without a degree — who possess relevant experience in relationships, consultative service, customer experience, partner management, or community management.

• Contracting model: Contractor (B2B)
• Predominantly remote work.
