Relationship Analyst

💼 What your day-to-day will look like

• Be the main point of contact between partner hosts and Oficinaria.
• Manage the relationship from onboarding new partners to supporting their daily operations.
• Support hosts in designing and enhancing the workshop experience, assisting in the design and structuring of offered activities.
• Conduct online and in-person meetings with potential and active hosts.
• Onboard new partners onto the platform.
• Maintain contact with partners via WhatsApp (company account), email, voice calls, and video conferences, prioritizing real-time conversations whenever possible.
• Monitor questions, needs, and opportunities to improve the partner experience.
• Participate in regular meetings with the team to align and evolve the service.
• Build trust-based relationships through a horizontal approach.

• Experience in customer relations or account management.
• Availability to attend in-person meetings in São Paulo when necessary.

🎓 Education

We accept candidates with a completed or ongoing undergraduate degree, especially in the following fields:

• Business Administration (Marketing or Human Resources)
• Social Communication / Journalism

We also consider candidates without a degree who have relevant experience in relationship management, consultative customer service, or events.

📍 Work Model

• Contract type: PJ (Legal Entity/Contractor)
• Must reside in São Paulo (city proper).
• Predominantly remote work, with occasional in-person meetings, initially in the Vila Madalena and República neighborhoods.
• Participation in approximately 2 to 3 in-person meetings per week.
