💼 Your Day-to-Day
- Manage relationships with partner hosts: from new partner applications and onboarding to supporting their ongoing journey on the platform.
- Drive community engagement: actively monitor and encourage increasing partner participation on the platform, as well as collaboration among them to share experiences and best practices.
- Maintain contact with partners via WhatsApp (company account), email, and video conferences.
- Address questions, needs, and opportunities to improve the partner experience.
- Participate in regular meetings with the team to align and evolve the service.
- Build trust-based partnerships grounded in closeness, active listening, and horizontality.

🎓 Education
We are looking for professionals with a completed or ongoing undergraduate degree, especially in fields related to communication, relationship building, business, and people development, such as:
Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, Public Relations, Social Communication, Journalism, Advertising, Psychology, Events, Tourism, Hospitality, and related fields.
We also consider professionals from other backgrounds—or without a degree—who possess relevant experience in relationship building, consultative service, customer experience, partner management, or community management.
📍 Work Model
- Contract type: Contractor (PJ)
- Must reside in São Paulo (capital).
- Predominantly remote work, initially focused on the Vila Madalena and República neighborhoods.
- Participation in approximately 2 to 3 in-person meetings per week.
