💼 What your day-to-day will look like
- In online and in-person meetings, assist hosts beforehand in designing workshop experiences so they reflect Oficinaria's values and purpose.
- Represent Oficinaria during the initial run of each workshop, acting as a co-host alongside the workshop host.
- Identify opportunities to improve the workshop experience and share learnings with the team.
- Participate in periodic team meetings.

- Availability for in-person meetings in São Paulo when necessary.

- Having a hobby related to hands-on making, crafts, cooking, music, painting, or other creative activities.

🎓 Education
We accept professionals with a completed or ongoing higher education degree, especially in the following fields:
- Pedagogy
- Social Communication
- Marketing
- Business Administration
- Architecture, Design, or Fine Arts
- Theater or Performing Arts
We also consider professionals without a degree who possess relevant experience in customer service, events, client relations, or organizing in-person experiences.
📍 Work model
- Contractor agreement (PJ).
- Part-time role.
- Must reside in São Paulo (capital).
- Hybrid work model. For in-person activities (meetings and workshops), initially in the Vila Madalena and República neighborhoods.
- Workload is split between business hours (planning) and alternative hours (weekday evenings and weekends to oversee workshop execution).
