💼 What your day-to-day will look like

• In online and in-person meetings, previously assist hosts in the design of the workshop experiences, so that they reflect the values and purposes of Oficinaria.
• Represent Oficinaria in the first occurrences of each workshop, acting as a co-host alongside the workshop host.
• Observe improvement opportunities in the workshop experience and share learnings with the team.
• Participate in periodic meetings with the team.

• Availability to work mainly during evening hours during the week and on weekends.
• Availability for in-person meetings in São Paulo when necessary.

• Experience with customer service or hospitality.
• Having some hobby related to manual making, crafts, cooking, music, painting, or other creative activities.

🎓 Education

We accept professionals with completed or ongoing higher education, especially in the areas of:

• Pedagogy
• Social Communication
• Marketing
• Administration
• Architecture, Design or Fine Arts
• Theater or Performing Arts

We also consider professionals without a degree who possess relevant experience in service, events, customer relationship, or organization of in-person experiences.

📍 Work Model

• Contractor (Legal Entity).
• Remote work in part-time or full-time regime, to be defined with the candidate. Occasional meetings and workshops during the month, in one of the following capitals: São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Belo Horizonte, Recife, Brasília, Fortaleza, João Pessoa, Natal, Porto Alegre, Florianópolis
